A life-long Ward 2 resident, married with two daughters and a grandson, Ray’s roots in the community run deep. A three decade career working for the Town of Oakville means that Ray has had involvement with the development of new facilities, policy changes, programs and services that have helped shape, provide and support the high quality of life enjoyed by residents. Ray’s extensive municipal background has given him firsthand experience and insight as to the challenges and opportunities the municipality has faced and will face in the years to come.
